A Preview For My As-Yet Unfinished Level

I haven't really decided on the title of my level. Since it's on level 5 and I've changed the background to dark blue (look at the screenshots) it will probably be Night Watch or something corny like that.

What I can guarantee is that it will be huge, the biggest level for Claw yet. It's already 75kb in size, and there's still a third more to go. Because of its size, I've introduced a system where you can choose to start at the beginning of a level, the middle, or the end (a save point system done with warps, if you will). You can also choose the level's difficulty, again done with warps. I don't think anyone has ever done this kind of thing before so it will be interesting to see how it works out. It doesn't have very many secret areas, although it has a lot of divergent paths that take you to the same destination. There are a lot of extra lives, but some of the puzzles are absolutely brutal. You might want to play with the MPPLAYALLDAY cheat code if it's your first try.

I hope that the way I'm designing it will mean that it can be played over and over again, with completely new areas being discovered each time. I expect it to be done by the end of the year, hopefully sooner.
